VoIP™ Voicemail puts you in control over your voicemail messages by phone and online. Please set up Voicemail feature so you can log on at any time to manage your voicemail messages and access your user options.

Getting Started

YOU will need to log into your voicemail account and complete the following three steps to initialize your voicemail:

Create a VoIP™ Voicemail password

2.

Record a Name Announcement

3.

Record a Personal Greeting

Message Retrieval Options

YOU can retrieve messages using any of the following methods:

1.

By phone (VoIP™ or Non-VoIP)

2.

Online through your personal V-Tool

3.

Via email notification.

Accessing VoIP™ Voicemail

VoIP phone

•  Dial *98, or VoIP™ Voicemail access number

Non-VoIP phone

•  Dial Voicemail Access number

•  Enter 10-digit phone number (area code + seven-digit phone number) followed by the pound (#) key

•  Enter password followed by the pound (#) key

Creating a new Voicemail password

•  Access VoIP™ Voicemail

•  Press 0 for mailbox options

•  Press 4 to change your password

•  Enter your new password followed by the pound (#) key

•  Re-enter your new password followed by the pound (#) key

Record Name Announcement

•  Access VoIP™ Voicemail

•  Press 0 for mailbox options

•  Press 3 to record your name

•  After the tone record first and last name and then press the pound (#) key

•  Choose from one of the following options

•  Access VoIP™ Voicemail

•  Press 1 to listen to voicemail

•  During the playback of any voicemail you have the following options:

Voicemail Web Access

•  Go to http://voicemail.myvoip.com in your web browser

•  Enter your phone number and voicemail password
